Our loan options offer 65-70% financing, loan amounts from $100,000- $15 Million, 1-5 years of interest only, and up to 30 year amortized. Some of our lending programs do not require income tax verification or credit score. Clients with a history of bankruptcy, foreclosure, and no country restriction evaluation on foreigners.
