MRV Capital offers two different loan programs available to Foreign Nationals seeking to purchase a residential or commercial property in the state of Florida. We offer two loan options for non US citizens the Limited Documentation Program and our Bridge Loan Program.
Both programs offer up to 30 Year amortized fixed rate 5/1, 7/1, and 1-5 year interest only loans available. Each loan option features fast approvals and closings regardless of income, credit, or reserves; information normally required by banks and financial institutions.
