We offer two distinct loan options: Limited Documentation or a Short Term/ Bridge loan. Our loan options offer 65-70% financing and loan amounts from $100,000 – $15 Million. We require no income tax verification and no credit score in some of our lending programs. We also consider clients who have a history of bankruptcy, foreclosure, and no country restrictions on foreign national evaluations.
